Jason walks out and makes a call

Jason turns around and leaves. He doesn't want to know what is happening.
He calls Sonny and informs him of what's happened, then he goes to Elizabeth to tell her she didn't kill Rick and what he saw.
What happens next?
Elizabeth is relieved
Elizabeth is irate and decides to go kill him for real
