Sonny and Jason are helping Roscoe hide from Faith

I know you are lying because Jason and Sonny are helping Roscoe. Out of no where Courtney gasps. Courtney then holds her stomache. Ric leaves. Courtney calls 911. The ambulance rushes her to the hospital and calls Jason. As soon as Jason gets into her room Courtney goes into labor.
What happens next?
Courtney delivers two healthy babies.
Courtney delivers the girl, but there's a complication.
