Alexis refuses

Alexis shook her head. ''I'm not going, Sonny.''

''What?'' asked Sonny, not used to being defied. ''You'll go becuase I say so.''

''Well, I'm saying this,'' she said. ''If you let me out of this apartment tonight, I will go straight to the PCPD and tell Mac everything.''

''I'll kill you if you do.'' he threatened.

''It wouldn't do you any good. Reason number one: You kill me, big deal. They'll already know. Reason number two: It's pretty hard to arrange a hit from behin bars.'' Even in a completely shaken state of mind, she managed to keep her sassiness.

''I'll kill you here and now,'' he said.

''Do you know of any other lawyer that will be willing to defend a mob boss?'' she asked, with her arms crossed.

Sonny was defeated. She had a point. Several points. ''Alright. One of you has to.'' He looked at Carly and Zander.
