Does Carly change her mind and leave Sonny for Zander?

''Zander I'm so sorry I didn't know you were Sonny's son, I would have never got involved with you had I known.
''I won't let you take my baby Carly. I won't have my child hate me because you are selfish.
Sonny looked like he was going to commit murder son or no son. He took a threatening step toward Zander, Carly stepped between them. ''Sonny leave him alone. I want to be with Zander I always have. The only reason I left with you was to protect the father of my child.''

Sonny looked at Carly the pain evident in his eyes. Sonny was aware he lost the love of his life to his own son. But could Sonny really walk away from Carly. ''I love you Carly we could raise the baby together, you don't need to be with Zander. when you can be with me.''
''Sonny I made my mind up and if you love me you will let me go so I could be with Zander. I love him more then I thought was possible''.
''Zander you better take care of her and the baby, or next time I'll make sure the hit sticks.''

What happens next?
