Justus can't believe what Dara's suggesting. She's playing by Sonny's rules now.
Luke volunteers, knowing Dara asked him here to handle this type of situation.

“Sonny Corinthos? What does he have to do with any of this?” Justus wondered.What happens next?
Dara shot Luke a furious look.
“Hey, I don’t know why you’re mad at ME – Justus is the one that would rather believe you and I are jumping into the sack together….”
Justus’s mind was reeling. “You and SONNY?!”
“Look, can we just get down to the business at hand?” Dara huffed.
“What’s the plan?” Luke asked.
They both looked at Justus, who was still trying to shake the image of Dara wrapped up in the arms of the crime boss of Port Charles. “I… um… I called the police.”
“The cops? Great plan. What’s the guy in the trunk going to tell them?” Luke shook his head.
Justus realized the police wouldn’t be so understanding about this. He was sitting on the trunk of a stolen car with a wounded man locked inside. He’d been planning to dump Kinder’s body – the officers could arrest him for intent. “I guess I wasn’t thinking,” Justus concluded.
“We can still take care of this,” Dara maintained, pulling a handgun from her purse. “But one of us has to make sure Kinder isn’t alive to file a police report…”
