What happens next?Emily drowns and Zander and the Q's are all devestated. Then they find out from the autopsy that she had terminal cancer and was going to die anyway. They thank God that it was over quickly and no one had to suffer the torture of watching poor Emily die slowly, especially Zander and Nikolas. At the funeral Zander was full of grief and pain. Also guilt because of the Carly affair. But Gia was there for him. She was worried he would go on a drug binge and tried to convince him he had so much to live for.
