Back in Alexis' apartment

All was silent. Alexis stood by the bathroom door, ready to rush in again, should another wave of sickness wash over her stomach. Zander sat on the couch, munching on an apple. Sonny paced back and forth in the middle of the floor.

''What the hell is taking her so long?'' asked Sonny.

''How should we know?'' asked Zander.

''Maybe she was caught,'' added Alexis, hoping she was right.

''Shut the hell up, Alexis,'' said Sonny. ''She hasn't been caught.''

''But what if she was,'' she asked. ''What if she squeals. Your whole plan is screwed.''

''Sonny Corinthos never fails!'' said Sonny.

''Sonny Corinthos this, Sonny Corinthos that,'' she said, tired of the same old thing. ''God, you sound like Elmo the little red monster from PBS.''

Suddenly, the doorbell rang.
