Did Jason send Ric to the hospital half dead?

Jason slammed Ric up against the wall so hard that pictures came flying down. Then he threw him back on the ground, before he could finish Sonny told him to stop.
Sonny- There are other ways to make him pay
Jason- fine have it your way
Then they dropped him off in the park to let him bleed, they called 911 and told them there was a rapist dying the park

What happens next?
Ric dies anyway
Ric goes straight to prison
