Later that night Carly leaves PH-1 with a loaded gun in her purse

Carly loaded the gun and left the penthouse in a confused rage. Ric would pay for what he had done to her. As she turned the corner to the docks she saw Sonny and unbelievably, Jax. They were talking...
Jax: Looks like it didn't work this time Sonny. What are you going to do about it.
Sonny: You'll never get away with this Jax. Shoot me if you want to but I swear you won't live to see tomorrow.
Jax: You're getting a lot sloppier Sonny. After all I'm still alive now. I think I'll take my chances.
Jax aimed the gun at his chest and Carly turned the corner.
Carly: Walk away Jax and nobody gets hurt...
A look of pure fury flashed across Jax's face and Carly wasn't sure what he was going to do...

What happens next?
Carly shoots Jax and it hits him in the arm
Carly panics and accidentally hits Sonny in the back
