''Did you forget, Stavros is dead?''
''No Luke I didn't. I remember it everytime I see you.''
No matter what he thought of Nikolas, he was still the son of the only woman Luke ever loved, and he was willing to stick his neck out to save not only Michael but also his aunt.
Kristina started crying. AJ held her. ''This is all my fault. I tried to destroy you and your still willing to help me after everything I've done.''
Nikolas came to stand by her. ''Aunt Kristina, what my grandmother did to you isn't your fault and I refuse to hold it against you.''
''You have every reason not to help me. I was just awful. I don't deserve your help.''
He took her face in his hands and said, ''I helped you once and I intend to help you again. You and Michael.''
''What do you mean, you helped me once?''
''I knew about my grandmother's plan all along. That's why Stephan showed up as quickly as he did. We were in on it together.''
Kristina looked at him and for the first time since AJ & her siblings, she knew what real love was.
