“You don’t even know him,” AJ gestured at Jason. “He’s a criminal, Courtney, just like your brother.”

Courtney could see this really bothered AJ, and she was glad. She glared up at him. “I don’t see it’s any of your business WHO I choose to dine with, or WHO I choose to warm my bed with!”

Jason’s eyebrows went up as he tried to hide his amused smile. Sonny’s sister was bold, like Carly. Playing along, he put his arm around the back of her chair and stared at his brother.

AJ shook his head. “No, no way. Get your stuff, I’ll take you back to Janine’s…”

Sonny cleared his throat. “She’s not leaving with you, AJ,” he stated. “But maybe you should leave and let Courtney here enjoy her date.”

AJ was visibly upset, but he couldn’t drag his ex-girlfriend out of the restaurant when he’d just proposed to his fiancée. Still, he hated seeing Jason with her. His blood was boiling as he left.

Courtney was overjoyed to see AJ leave with his tail between his legs. “That was great! Thanks, Sonny… and… uh….”

“Jason,” he smiled, offering his hand in greeting.

She shook it as she blushed.

What happens next?
Jason asks if Courtney would like to dine with him - for real.
Courtney follows AJ to see how her act affects his relationship with Kristina.
